Hatha Yoga is practiced at the Body
Mind Spirit Center. Our program includes Traditional
Hatha Yoga with Center founder and director Brenda Steele
and the related practice of Gentle Hatha Yoga.

find information about class fees and other getting-started
information. We look forward to seeing you.
Wear clothes that are easy to move in and not binding.
Bring a yoga sticky mat.
Reservations are required for the 6 wks
coarse but all other classes do not ; just
come and enjoy.
Try to arrive about 5 minutes before class time.
First-time students and those new to yoga should
start with the beginners series at 12 noon on Saturday.

page for dates.
Be sure to talk with the instructor about any health
problems you may have.
If you are pregnant, call the center before attending
a class.
** Beginners 6 weeks series-
This series will be offered on specified dates which
will be posted under the workshop/events section. All
first time students are required to take this coarse
before attending any of the other classes taught by
Brenda.
